Retail Assistant Job Role:
- Greet customers when they walk through the door
- Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four models
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations with customers
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries and keeping a storeroom tidy and organized
- Assisting with weekly and monthly stock-takes.
- Be handle carefully customer soft copies and hard copies.
- Do printing, photostat, binding, laminating for customer, once done give resit to customer to pay in front counter.
- Once get online orders, faster pack quickly.
- Assisting with the setting up of promotional displays
- Work creatively according to client's timeline and budget.
- Produce briefs for client's understanding.
- If printer ink finish please order or inform suppliers by website or by WhatsApp.
- Maintain a fully stocked store (School Uniform, School Bag, School Shoes)
- Showing customer where to find items or directing them to alternatives
- Approach customers and sell products
- Ensure products are presentable and clean
- If staff took MC or Holiday, help arrange & restock.
- If stock finish inform boss or the person in charge on time, then only can order as soon as possible.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 per week
