Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Crew perform daily duties that change depending on the number of customers visit our kiosk and the number of other staff members present to assist with work tasks. However, there are several core responsibilities associated with this job that are universally the same in all restaurants/kiosk and service-based environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily production
Kiosk crew members to prepare products for sell based on production chart and follow set standard production procedure.
Safe food handling/cleanliness
Kiosk crew members to strictly follow safe food handling process and ensure overall kiosk cleanliness as well as work area such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
Greeting Customers
Kiosk crew members greet customers who visit our kiosk and answer phone calls from customers and say thank you to all customers.
Interact with Customers
Kiosk crew members respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed.
Use Selling Techniques – Upselling, Suggestions
Kiosk crew members use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
Serve Food
Kiosk crew members deliver food to customers.
Stock Replenishment
Kiosk crew members to monitor stock inventory such as stock for production and stock for customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low.
Process Payment
Kiosk crew members process cash and credit card payments using POS system.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Experience in food service or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-Prior experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
