About the Role:

As an Associate Manager at Precious Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing impactful communication strategies for our esteemed clientele. You will be responsible for managing diverse client accounts, developing innovative communication plans, and overseeing the successful implementation of PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss strategy, and present results.

  • Strategic Communication Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key messaging and target audiences.
  • Create compelling communication plans, including media relations, social media, and content marketing strategies.

  • Crisis Communication:
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to mitigate risks and protect client reputation.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to crises, providing clear and concise communication.

  • Media Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Pitch compelling stories to secure media coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyse media sentiment.

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop high-quality content, including press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify organic business opportunities from existing clients locally and across countries
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Minimum of 4 -6 years of experience in client services and public relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and PR campaigns effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software
  • Team player with leadership qualities
