Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement business operations strategies to support regional goals and ensure alignment with the company’s global objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics in the SEA region to inform operational decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and compliance, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Management

  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure all operations comply with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust control measures to safeguard business integrity.
  • Client Support and Relationship Management
    • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and prompt resolution of issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and service providers.
  • Process Improvement and Reporting
    • Continuously review and improve operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
    • Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Forex, trading, or financial services sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Forex, trading, or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country operations in the SEA region is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Forex and trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEA regulatory environments and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
