We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist (Content) to lead the creation and execution of engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that resonates with audiences and driving brand engagement. You will work closely with content creator team, and internal teams to enhance brand page awareness, drive traffics and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement content strategies that align with overall brand objectives, targeting specific audiences across various social media platforms. -Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, infographics, and stories that represent the brand voice. Curate content from influencers, user-generated content, and brand partners. -Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development of influencer-driven campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives. Work closely with influencers to co-create content that resonates with their audiences while aligning with brand guidelines. -Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar for regular posting and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and integration with influencer collaborations. -Community Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community on social media by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building relationships through organic interactions. -Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, and emerging platforms. Implement innovative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging. -Performance Tracking & Analytics: Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track the performance of content and influencer campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and ROI. -Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content and influencer campaigns with larger brand and business goals. -Social Media Optimization: Optimize social media content for increased organic reach and engagement. Implement best practices for SEO, hashtags, and platform-specific strategies. -Content Governance: Ensure all content, including influencer collaborations, complies with legal and brand guidelines, such as copyright regulations and FTC disclosure requirements.
- - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, and campaign management. -Portfolio: A strong portfolio of social media content and influencer campaigns that showcase your ability to generate engagement and drive results. -Content Creation Skills: Expertise in creating visually appealing content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc. Strong understanding of photography, video production, and design principles. -Social Media Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, XHS) and current trends, with experience adapting content for each platform. -Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency with social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy for social media and influencer content. -Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple influencer campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. -Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for influencer campaigns, content creation, and social media engagement.
