We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly skilled Senior Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising strategies and a proven track record of delivering high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). This role requires leadership in campaign management, strategic decision-making, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for driving large-scale ad campaigns, optimizing budget allocations, and analyzing data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- -Lead the strategy, development, and execution of complex paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. -Create comprehensive ad strategies that align with overall marketing goals, focusing on customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, and e-commerce growth. -Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through detailed analysis and constant tweaking of ads, targeting, bids, and landing pages. -Oversee a substantial advertising budget and allocate resources to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and yield the best possible results. -Monitor and evaluate ad performance using advanced data analysis tools, adjusting campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. -Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement of ad performance and lead optimization efforts. -Identify new opportunities and strategies to increase campaign effectiveness, including new ad platforms, tools, and advanced targeting techniques. -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising and ensure the team is aware of new technologies and best practices. -Provide detailed, actionable reports and insights to senior management and clients, outlining campaign results, trends, and recommendations for future initiatives. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad performance, optimization, and platform restrictions in a timely manner. -Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics and data.
