  • Overall responsibility for the restaurant’s daily operations.
  • Ensure menu product and all semi-finished goods (SFG-BOM) availability. (This is utmost important where NO STOCK means NO SALES.)
  • Arrange both kitchen & floor weekly duty roster and handle HR matters at the store level.
  • Take full responsibility for Cash Inwards & Outwards of the responsible store.
  • Submit weekly reports to HQ on time.
  • Ensure the serving of QUALITY dishes and customer service.
  • Implement and conduct health and safety procedures in the restaurant.
  • Ensure proper equipment maintenance and operations.
  • Supervise restaurant staff and conduct necessary training when needed.

  • Can speak and write Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • At least 2 years experience in F&B industry.
  • SPM holder - Able to handle customers.
  • Able to manage staffs.
  • Able to write report.
  • Incentives up to rm500
