Junior Product Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Support and Implementation
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and customization of hybrid classroom and video solutions.
- Provide first-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues under the guidance of Senior Product Specialists.
- Conduct basic training sessions for clients to ensure proper product usage.
- Conduct video recording and editing using the virtual studio recording system.
Client Engagement and Feedback
- Support the Senior Product Specialists during product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Gather client feedback to help refine product offerings and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and technical issues.
Operational Assistance
- Handle routine tasks such as setting up equipment, preparing training materials, and updating user guides.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining product inventory.
- Manage basic administrative duties related to product support and project management.
Learning and Development
- Participate in training programs to develop expertise in hybrid and video solutions.
- Stay updated on product updates and industry trends in eLearning technology.
- Shadow Senior Product Specialists to build technical knowledge and client management skills.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with Bee and Safarez to support projects, implementations, and troubleshooting.
- Provide input on workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, for cohesive client support.

The Junior Product Specialist supports the Learn-Tech Pillar by assisting in the implementation, management, and support of cutting-edge hybrid classroom and video solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and the success of the Learn-Tech Pillar. Working closely with the Senior Product Specialists (Bee and Safarez), the Junior Product Specialist will gain hands-on experience with products such as ClassIn, green screen studio technologies, and AI tools like Colossyan. Over time, the role provides opportunities for specialization and growth within one of the two key sections: Hybrid Classroom Solutions or Video Solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education Technology, IT, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, operations, or junior-level product role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Basic familiarity with hybrid classroom technologies, video production tools, or AI platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
