Job Summary
The job requires overseeing and driving sales, service, operations, risk management, and financial performance for the Retail Banking division at a specific branch. Job Responsibilities
- Achieving individual and branch sales targets consistently, with a focus on Affluent growth, Wealth Management Products penetration growth, and Asset Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Collaborating with the branch manager in analyzing the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
- Working closely with the branch manager to schedule daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities according to the sales plan and strategy.
- Continuously analyzing and reviewing customers' portfolios to identify opportunities for offering customer solutions through a range of Wealth Management products.
- Ensuring that customer information is kept up-to-date and accurate in the Bank’s system at all times.
- Providing customer and market feedback consistently and engaging in performance reviews with the branch manager frequently for improvement purposes.
- Actively identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that embody ARBM's seven core values.
- Lead the branch in delivering innovative financial solutions that enhance customers' quality of life, aligning with ARBM's vision of a trusted leader.
- Proactively drive a high-performance culture focused on exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets within the branch.
- Treat customers fairly and equitably, taking ownership of resolving disputes and complaints while demonstrating strong leadership.
- Ensure consistently high service standards that foster customer loyalty and strengthen brand reputation.
- Inspire staff excellence through strong leadership and effective communication.
- Efficiently allocate branch resources to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Proactively manage employee performance, identify development needs, and create clear career paths.
- Foster a collaborative environment through employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Responsible to ensure compliance on the application of the internal programs and procedures within the Branch, including proper maintenance of records and reporting of any suspicious transaction.
Qualifications
- Qualification - Degree from any university
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in managing branch
