Data Analyst(Power BI)

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for reports and dashboards within Power BI.

Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable insights.

Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring user-friendly navigation and interaction.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing reports and identify areas for improvement in data visualization and information delivery.

Ensure continuous data quality by regularly monitoring and troubleshooting data integration and reporting issues.

Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and user manuals, to support report usage and maintenance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and Power BI usage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.

Proficiency in Power BI and in-depth knowledge of its features and functionalities.

Solid understanding of SQL and experience in querying relational databases.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience with data modeling and understanding of database design principles is a plus.

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
