Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Regional Category Manager, the Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales & marketing teams, coordinating sales and marketing activities, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication within the department and with external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and maintain databases, customer records, and sales documentation.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to clients and potential customers.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales and marketing teams.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Monitor sales targets, track performance, and generate sales reports.
- Support the sales & marketing team in organizing and attending trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Help manage social media accounts, websites, and other digital marketing channels.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and other departments within the company.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to coordinate marketing and sales activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales and marketing updates to relevant stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information.
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales and marketing activities.
Other Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for sales and marketing activities.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales/marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
