About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible for being the go-to person to lead and manage the finance team and handle the full spectrum of financial aspects of the organization in line with the company's direction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Finance: Prepare, review, and analyze full sets of accounts

• Lead the main entity's accounts & finance team

• Prepare & review the monthly financial statements

• Confirming financial status and financial reporting by monitoring revenue and expense, coordinating the collection & payment, consolidations, and evaluation of financial data

• Perform scheduling expenditures, draft the annual budget, analyze variance, and initiate corrective actions

• Manage and monitor the cash flow interpretation and predict the future trends of inflow & outflow daily

• Collaborate with sales & production dept to calculate, analyze & review the finished good production cost against BOM & implement control to ensure the company profit margins are met

• Conducting reviews and evaluations of possible cost reductions in a timely manner

• Arranging new sources & renewal of the company's financial facilities (eg. term loan, revolving credit, banker acceptance, bank guarantee & overdraft)

• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls

• Keeping abreast with the changes in financial regulations and legislation from time to time

• Liaison with company auditor, tax agent, and company secretary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, and CIMA with five (5) years of finance managerial experience in the manufacturing industry

• Well-versed in spreadsheet skills and the right exposure to ERP computer system

• Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated with strong initiative, and a committed team player with good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
