  • The position contributes to PPG lounge operations globally by providing modern digital architecture designs, analyses, develops, and documents the lounge management solutions.
  • This position is expected to drive technology capabilities adoption & standardization to support the strategic business roadmaps for global lounges expansion and operations.
  • This position is to support the PPG Business Development and Sales team in clients requirements and IT integration discussion with our Lounge Management Solutions.
  • Enable: Efficient & Effective technology adoption; Process Automation, ITIL Framework, Business Requirements Analysis, Technical Design and Development
  • Govern: Data and Security Compliance, Policy & Procedure, Quality Assurance, Technology Standardization
  • Innovate: Keep up to date with technology evolution and industry developments, and perform proof-of-concept pilots to drive continuous digital innovation
  • Supporting global commercial and operation users in reviewing business and operation needs.
  • Leading the business and integration requirements discussion with B2B clients and translating the requirements into IT business solution proposals.
  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
  • Leading system architecture design and review.
  • Leading system development team (internal and external vendors) through programming, testing, and implementation.
  • Managing external hardware & software vendors globally and coordinating with infrastructure team as needed to deliver the business solutions.
  • Investigating, and recommending hardware/software for purchases, and providing global support / solution to enable the lounge business engagement.
  • Defining and executing on the digital transformation strategy in compliance with PCI DSS by adopting AWS Technologies and solution
  • University degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or a relevant discipline, with minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in eCommerce, performance marketing in travel/ hospitality industry or related field.
  • Experience with CMS (Content Management System), CRM such as Drupal and Kentico, Emarsys, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Magento, is a plus, and any eCommerce online booking related platforms/applications.
  • Ability to balance between quality and quantity; results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Excel manipulations, web analytics, tagging and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or similar, is compulsory, with strong understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
  • Energetic self-starter, independent, collaborative, hands-on team player.
  • Resourceful, ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English (and Chinese is beneficial).
