Job Summary:

Time Charge N Go is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, support accounting processes, and gain exposure to financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries.

· Support with data entry and management of financial records in the accounting system.

· Help with accounts payable and receivable processing.

· Conduct research and analysis on financial trends and market data.

· Support the finance team in preparing tax filings and regulatory reports.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the company’s financial policies and procedures.

· Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the finance team.

Key Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.

· Analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous internship or work experience in a finance or accounting role.

· Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

· Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

· Pursuing or holding certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar is a plus.

· Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

· Eagerness to learn and contribute to the finance team.
