As the frontline of customer interactions, CSRs handle inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate transactions. CSRs act as the primary voice of the company and influence the customer's perception and experience with the brand.

    -Managing the front desk, including greeting customers, providing support to customers, answering incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate team members. -Providing administrative support to other team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents. -Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including organizing common areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipments. -Ensuring that security protocols are followed, including signing in visitors and monitoring access to the facility. -Perform billing and administrative duties. -Execute departmental checklists. -Handle the opening and closing of the workplace. -Log member interactions and maintain accurate client records. -Help set up group fitness classes or events. -Assist with gym tours and provide basic membership information to prospective clients.
