  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

As a Corporate Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and advising clients on M&A transactions.
  • Corporate Advisory: Providing legal advice on corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters.
  • Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including joint venture agreements, distribution agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Real Estate Transactions: Advising on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • LLB degree from a reputable university.
  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws in Malaysia.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
