  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contacts and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll preparation, employee benefits and leave tracking.
  • Address employee concerns and provide HR-related support to the management team.
  • Handle general accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax agents as required.
  • Proven experience in both HR and accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL or autocount)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Malay and English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
