Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals while communicating fluently in Chinese and English. Participants in the recruitment process for efficiency and quality.
- Initiating and coordinating HR activities that support the implementation of the business strategy including:
- Direct daily cooperation with managers and directors in strategic challenges.
- Supporting managers in recruitment processes
- Supporting Indonesia teams and taking on various roles (as an adviser, coach, facilitator and mediator)
- Formulating HR-related policies
- We are building feedback culture, as well as modifying and coordinating the employee appraisal process.
- Change management and communicating company changes.
- Creating and improving HR processes and tools tailored to the needs of the organisation.
- Analysing needs, and creating and implementing diverse HR projects.
- Support for planning and monitoring of employment levels and staff budgets.
- Requires proficiency in both Indonesian and English
We expect
- Fluent in English
- At least a bachelor's or equivalent degree in HR or psychology
- At least 5 years in HR, including direct collaboration with teams, preferably in an international, changing environment
- Proficiency in recruiting processes and familiarity with local Labor Law, training & development and other areas of HR;
- Outstanding interpersonal as well as communication and coaching skills
- Thinking outside the box and consistently implementing the best HR practices
- Problem-solving attitude and the ability to respond to new challenges
- The ability to see from different perspectives and combine the well-being of employees while supporting the company’s strategic objectives
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Readiness for business trips
