On behalf of our client, Planet Kreatif Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a full-time Sales & Agent Management Executive based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This role involves managing the company’s network of distributors and agents, planning and executing monthly marketing strategies, and providing training on product knowledge and online sales techniques. Additionally, you will analyze sales performance and support video production tasks when required.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong background in agent management or dropshipping, and at least 3 years of experience in online sales or marketing.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's network of distributors or agents.
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and strategies related to distributors or agents.
  • Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and online sales techniques for distributors or agents.
  • Analyze the monthly sales performance of distributors or agents.
  • Assist the videographer with video shooting and editing tasks, as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Competent in using applications such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in agent systems and dropshipping.
  • Experience in online business operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in online sales or related marketing positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
