  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Glitz, Maple Tree Media, and Beauty Insider. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a key part in building client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring client satisfaction while working with some of the most exciting brands in the media, beauty, and digital marketing industries.

  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, editorial, creative, and marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of client campaigns and projects.
  • Sales Support & Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Support the business development team in achieving sales targets by preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Provide clients with regular progress reports and campaign performance updates.
  • Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in media, beauty, or marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or project management software is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Passion for beauty, media, and digital marketing industries.
