1. Execution of GL&D Strategies and Action Plan

  • Execute all GL&D strategies and best practices as per plan and ensure all documentation and records are in place accordingly.
  • Perform Audit as per requirements at designated site to ensure compliance and sustainability of all L&D programs and activities design and develop by group level.

2. Instrumental Design

  • Design and Develop required Learning material [MS Office Application Training] based on the agreed forms and format for both conventional and e-Learning requirements [Teaching slide, Assessment and Evaluation]
  • Convert required Training module into e-Learning format.
  • Assist in Development of Learning Aids where and when required to support the roll-out of planned Training Program.

3. Training Facilitation

  • Facilitate and conduct the required Learning program [MS Office Application] and ensure the delivery meets its objective.

4. L&D System Requirements

  • Perform the supporting admin roles for all L&D system requirements in term of documents and record entry.
  • Ensure the systems are in working condition all the time, perform self-audit to ensure the integrity of data key in and reports generated.
  • Maintain all training records both hardcopy and system entry for all training manage and organize by Group L&D.

5. L&D Reports and Analytics

  • Populate required analytics and report as per area of responsibility, requested by GL&D HOD.
  • Ensure integrity of data and report populated. Data and report presented as per agreed format and timeline.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holders in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or any equivalent field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing training records and L&D systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
