Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Operation Manager at Top Glove in Shah Alam. The IT Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing IT resources, providing technical support, and ensuring IT service management in the organization on a daily basis.

1) O365 & Network Management: Administer and secure our Office 365 environment and maintain reliable network infrastructure.

2) Cybersecurity: Implement cybersecurity strategies and respond to incidents.

3) Disaster Recovery & Backup: Develop and manage disaster recovery plans and data backup processes.

4) Vendor & SLA Management: Oversee IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA compliance.

5) Outstation Support: Coordinate and support IT operations at remote locations.

6) Audit & Compliance: Conduct IT audits and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

7) Documentation: Maintain SOPs and IT infrastructure documentation.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

2) 5+ years in IT infrastructure management.

3) Expertise in O365, networks, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

4) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5) Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, ITIL, MCSE) preferred.
