Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
  • Make phone calls and meet with potential customers.
  • Sell our range of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Lead product and sales presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

Relationship Management & Customer Retention:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the manufacturing or industrial automation sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong selling skills with good technical knowledge to understand engineering technologies.
  • Able to communicate and relate well with all levels of people.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong selling skills, problem-solving, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
