Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
- Make phone calls and meet with potential customers.
- Sell our range of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Lead product and sales presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Relationship Management & Customer Retention:
- Build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Foster customer loyalty.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the manufacturing or industrial automation sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong selling skills with good technical knowledge to understand engineering technologies.
- Able to communicate and relate well with all levels of people.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong selling skills, problem-solving, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
