Objectives:
- To lead and oversee the integration of SAP modules and other systems with existing business processes.
- To develop and execute system & process integration strategies to align with business processes.
- To ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP and non-SAP systems across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of system integration strategies for SAP & non-SAP system with the business processes. For SAP, the focus will be on FICO, MM, Warehouse, and IS-Retail/CAR modules.
- Oversee the overall SAP architecture and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system & process integration between project, support and business functions.
- Provide technical leadership by driving best practices for integrating SAP modules across diverse business processes.
- Manage and facilitate the adoption of SAP platforms to deliver business insights and value with strong consultative experience.
- Manage integration & transition projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
- Review and approve project deliverables related to system integration to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and resolve issues.
- Facilitate communication between IT, business units, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain system integration documentation and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, system integration and transition management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly IS-Retail/CAR, MM, FICO, and Warehouse Management.
- Proven track record of successful large-scale integration projects and transition management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certification and PMP certification are preferred.
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills at building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups.
- Lead the end-to-end SAP integration lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support.
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards that support key business decisions related to system integration.
- Organize and drive successful completion of integration & transition initiatives through effective management of team members and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure data integration and data integrity across the entire SAP platform.
- Define, build, and execute business integration strategy and roadmap to ensure services are scalable to meet current and future needs.
