Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives & goals.
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments/messages.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including planning and executing social media campaigns & promotion.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Any other related tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Management or similar role.
- Proficient in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics, with a strong understanding of audience demographics.
- Excellent communication skills, creative storytelling ability, and basic graphic design and editing knowledge.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative social media content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize performance and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak read and write in Mandarin added advantage.
