JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES
- Formulate and execute long-term sales strategies and short-term tactics to achieve annual and campaign-specific sales targets.
- Develop sales plans, packages, and pricing strategies aligned with market trends and consumer behavior.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to refine sales plans and enhance effectiveness.
- Identify target markets and create awareness for new project launches through diverse channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agencies, and business partners.
- Actively manage internal and external sales channels, including sales staff and external agencies, to achieve sales KPIs
MARKETING
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Plan, manage, and control the marketing budget to optimize ROI.
- Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies, including analyzing competitor products, market trends, and government policies.
- Plan and monitor advertising, promotional activities, and marketing collateral to drive brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance of all marketing and sales activities with statutory requirements.
- Review and analyze sales performance in relation to marketing activities to determine effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet KPIs and performance standards.
- Train, coach, mentor, and appraise employees to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth.
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
- Assign projects and product portfolios, including commercial and investment properties, and provide support to ensure successful execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in operations and sales, preferably in the property industries
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
