JOB SUMMARY

Experienced leader to oversee and manage the sales and marketing functions. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing comprehensive plans to achieve the company's sales and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive market awareness, and ensure the company meets its sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES

  • Formulate and execute long-term sales strategies and short-term tactics to achieve annual and campaign-specific sales targets.
  • Develop sales plans, packages, and pricing strategies aligned with market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to refine sales plans and enhance effectiveness.
  • Identify target markets and create awareness for new project launches through diverse channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agencies, and business partners.
  • Actively manage internal and external sales channels, including sales staff and external agencies, to achieve sales KPIs

MARKETING

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Plan, manage, and control the marketing budget to optimize ROI.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies, including analyzing competitor products, market trends, and government policies.
  • Plan and monitor advertising, promotional activities, and marketing collateral to drive brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing and sales activities with statutory requirements.
  • Review and analyze sales performance in relation to marketing activities to determine effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet KPIs and performance standards.
  • Train, coach, mentor, and appraise employees to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
  • Assign projects and product portfolios, including commercial and investment properties, and provide support to ensure successful execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in operations and sales, preferably in the property industries
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
