- Administer various human resources plans, policies and procedures, and employee handbook
- Monitor and maintain HR data
- Proper filing and documentation
- Support HR administrative tasks
- Manage staffs attendance
- Prepare, update and maintain HR Department summary, analysis and periodic reports
- Responsible for sourcing of training and development matters, HRDC training grant application and submission
- Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory payment
- Responsible for submission of Form E, EA Form, CP22, and etc
- Communicate with team members in HR related inquiries
- Assist with full recruitment cycle for the company
- Ensure compliance and regular update of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Employment Act
- Liaise with different departments
- Perform any other relevant duties and ad-hoc tasks of the company when required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant fields
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field
- Must be able to speak English. Knowing additonal language wil be an added advantage
- To work independent, multitask, maintain confidentiality and take initiative
- Details-oriented and analytical skills
- Good skills in MS Office
- Proficiency in payroll system InfoTech will be an added advantage
