About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Care Food Industries Sdn Bhd as a Quality Control Executive in our Selangor location. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the food technology and safety industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive quality control checks and inspections on raw materials, production processes, and final products
  • Monitoring and documenting compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
  • Identifying and investigating any quality issues or non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality assurance procedures
  • Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reporting on quality metrics and performance
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and training programs

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in food technology, quality assurance, or a related scientific discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or food safety role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and laboratory testing procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams and stakeholders
