About the role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our team at Rafflesia Medical Centre Sdn. Bhd. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and communications strategies that support our medical centre's growth and brand development.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our medical services and enhance our brand visibilityCreate and manage compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materialsConduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop tailored marketing strategiesCollaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition effortsMonitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvementAssist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiativesStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform our marketing approachWhat we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the healthcare or service industryStrong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative contentProficient in digital marketing and social media management, with a good understanding of the latest trends and platformsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insightsProactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldWhat we offer
