- Responsible to manage digital marketing campaigns and day-today activities that align with the company’s marketing objectives including:
- o Developing and implementing content marketing strategies across various platform, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok to reach company’s target customers.
- o Planning, developing and implementing social media marketing campaign and activities.
- o Managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaign including Google Display Networks and Google AdWords for all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce and Customer Experience team to develop a variety of content marketing material that span multiple channels.Opp
- Analyzing data to measure the success of campaign and using this information to make data-driven decision about future campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team.
- Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies, including digital creative agencies, media buying agencies and technology vendors.
- Developing and managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring that campaign are cost-effective and meet ROI targets.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in digital marketing including mobile marketing content and social media, preferably in the retail industry.
- Experience in hosting or talent on online platform will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken with good interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently.
