Event Executive

Job Description:

Chaserz Events Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our team. As a Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our event concepts to life through visual design. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in creating compelling designs for event branding, promotional materials, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for event branding, marketing materials, invitations, signage, and digital assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the event management team to understand the vision and requirements of each event and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
• Content Creation: Design and produce graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to promote events.
• Event Setup: Assist in designing event collateral, such as backdrops, banners, and stage visuals, ensuring that designs are in line with the event theme.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
