Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring that HR practices align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions, employment contracts, and necessary documentation.
2. Employee Records Management:
- Maintained and updated employee files and records, ensuring they were accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
- Ensure timely updates of personal and employment details in HR systems.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Track attendance, leave balances, and ensure payroll discrepancies are addressed.
4. Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when required.
5. Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
6. HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for audits, HR reviews, and other compliance requirements.
7. Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process by helping managers track and evaluate employee performance.
- Assist in identifying training or development needs based on performance assessments.
8. General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.
9. Personal Attributes:

- Ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
