Duties & Responsibilities: -

1. Installation & Commissioning Stage

  • Monitor the delivery and installation of plant machinery according to design layout.
  • Ensure equipment meets required specifications.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to prepare materials for commissioning and trial runs.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), validation documents, and production reports.
  • Track and maintain equipment licenses from relevant authorities.

2. Operation Stage

  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices, food quality system requirements, and Lean Six Sigma principles in the production process.
  • Lead the production team to ensure daily operations run smoothly, schedules are met, and KPIs are achieved.
  • Monitor machine and process parameters and maintain traceable records.
  • Optimize manpower allocation to meet production targets and productivity goals within established timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineering team to address machine breakdowns, adhere to maintenance schedule, and ensure upkeep of plant machinery.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and maintain daily pre- and post-production reports and necessary documentation.

Education & Experience: -

  • Minimum of Degree or equivalent in Food Processing or Engineering related field.

Requirements & Skill: -

  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD / SolidWorks drawing.
  • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Enstek.
  • Willing to learn, adapt new working environment and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to undergo training overseas and ability to be flexible in terms of location.
  • Willing to work under hot, humid and dirty environment.
