About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Sales Assistant to join the talented team at 3MEDIA SDN BHD, based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organisation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting the sales team with lead generation, appointment scheduling, and follow-up activities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the efficient management of customer information
  • Coordinating logistics for company events, meetings, and client presentations
  • Providing general office support as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the client services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
