As a center of excellence, Digital Hub provides world-class support services to most IT projects within the Sunway Group, and delivers value through the standardization, consolidation and optimization of IT resources within the Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project meeting scheduling and arrangements, and prepare documentation.
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines.
- Track project progress with Business Units e.g follow up with Business Unit team regularly.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and compilation.
- Serve as the primary communication link between teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues.
- Research and explore tools or templates specifically beneficial for ERP project tracking and management.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably with exposure to ERP implementations or similar technology projects.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
