Sales Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly sales reports, including sales performance analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of export orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to export markets.
  • Support product development and specification efforts by sharing customer requirements and market trends.

Team Coordination:

  • Partner with Business Development Manager to align export sales strategies with overall company goals.

Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to sales team members, sharing insights and best practices for managing export sales.

Market Awareness & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the export regions.
  • Share insights with the management team to inform strategic decision-making.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for export customers and distributors.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
