Market Expansion & Opportunity Development:
- Lead efforts to enter new markets, expand existing customer base, and increase market share.

Sales Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales reports, including sales performance analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of export orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to export markets.
- Support product development and specification efforts by sharing customer requirements and market trends.
Team Coordination:
- Partner with Business Development Manager to align export sales strategies with overall company goals.
Team Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentoring to sales team members, sharing insights and best practices for managing export sales.
Market Awareness & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the export regions.
- Share insights with the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
Other Responsibilities:
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for export customers and distributors.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
