Job Descriptions
1. Manage and be accountable for the all activities, admin, resources and operation for warehouse & logistic management (space optimization, efficient resource and equipment utilization, security of goods, and safe workplace)
2. Periodically review team's achievement on KPI relating to the warehouse and come out with the necessary improvement plan.
3. Sustain a high standard of 5S in warehouse operations.
4. Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
5. Review and implement work instructions and procedures for all warehouse operations covering inventory control, receiving, storage, material supply, and container loading to be in compliance with company policies, ISO, and other relevant requirements.
6. Manage document in relation to (License Manufacturing Warehouse) LMW and Custom requirement and all other related regulatory requirement.
7. Ensure daily inventory flow to ensure sufficient warehouse space is available to operate and ensure all stock and parts movements are properly and regularly updated in the system to maintain accuracy.
8. Organize cycle count and stock count to ensure inventory accuracy and stocks availability to avoid stock out and enhance planning efficiency.
9. Maintain good security and physical condition of all stocks while reviewing the aging, shelf life and minimize aging, deterioration, and wastage of materials.
10. Support delivery section on On-Time Delivery (OTD) for delivery to customers.
11. Analyze and evaluate activities, costs, operations, budgets, and forecast data to determine branch progress toward stated goals and objectives.
12. Any other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Business Studies/Administration/Operation Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Warehouse and logistics management, ERP.
3. At least 5-8 years of working experience and at least 3-5 years in supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably working experiences specializing in Warehouse & Logistic Management in manufacturing industries.
5. An analytical mind with strong math skills.
6. Excellent organizational, planning, people management and problem-solving skills
7. Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
8. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
9. Mentoring and motivating skill, good leadership to bring the team to greater heights
10. Able to speak & write Japanese Language will be an added advantage.
