Site Supervisor

About the role

Dae Guk M Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak on a contract basis. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and identify and resolve any issues that arise
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Manage and monitor the health, safety and environmental compliance of construction sites
• Provide training and guidance to construction workers to improve their skills and productivity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings
• Proven track record of ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to high-quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors and construction teams
• Proficient in relevant construction management software and technology
• Certification or training in construction safety and compliance
