  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

We are seeking a driven Application Support Executive to join our dynamic team at QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. In this full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for our critical business applications.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues related to software applications in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related problems, escalating to the vendors as needed
  • Provide end-user training and guidance on the effective use of software applications
  • Maintain detailed records of support activities and generate reports on system performance and support metrics
  • Collaborate with the team to implement application upgrades, patches, and new functionalities
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of support documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in application support and customer service

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Master in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar application support or IT help desk role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with software applications, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Infor M3 ERP (preferably on Supply Chain Management solutions) and / or farm management systems will be of added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Good spoken and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage when liaising with vendors from China.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Willing to be based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
