Responsibilies:
- Strictly adhere to the rules and regulations, and perform routine inspections and management to ensure that facilities, equipment and systems (such as boilers and cooling towers) are in good operating condition and are free from abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate energy statistics, analyze and provide recommendations to improve energy utilization, lead and drive the progress of energy utilization improvement, manage energy facilities and energy procurement.
Ensure that all project management records are properly documented and maintained to ensure 24/7 production support. - Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of boilers, HVAC, high pressure steam production equipment and facilities to ensure good operation and compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper use of CMMS and EMS software on a continuous basis and documentation of all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Equipment or other related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing, construction, utilities or energy.
- Be a team player and efficient in executing the work schedule of the supervisor to ensure safe operations.
- Possess relevant qualification certificates for special equipment as required by Malaysian regulatory authorities
- Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus.
