- Perform general administrative duties such as handling day-to-day office operations, including scheduling operation and maintenance task.
- Responsible for claims submission and approval of all staff.
- Handle incoming & outgoing mail by hand/post/courier.
- Managing petty cash
- In charge in preparing document of monthly stock take.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
- SPM, STPM / any relevant certificate.
- A year of job-related experience is an added advantage
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-initiative and able to work independently.
- Strong knowledge in computer skills knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess own transport.
- EPF/SOCSO provided
