  • Perform general administrative duties such as handling day-to-day office operations, including scheduling operation and maintenance task.
  • Responsible for claims submission and approval of all staff.
  • Handle incoming & outgoing mail by hand/post/courier.
  • Managing petty cash
  • In charge in preparing document of monthly stock take.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
  • SPM, STPM / any relevant certificate.
  • A year of job-related experience is an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-initiative and able to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge in computer skills knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess own transport.
