Job Description: Leasing and Marketing Assistant Manager
Position Summary:
The Leasing and Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for the company’s properties. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing tenant relations, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful implementation of leasing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Management:
· Assist in planning and implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
· Maintain and manage tenant records, lease agreements, and renewals.
· Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, conducting property tours and negotiations.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
· Collaborate with property management teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
· Monitor leasing performance and generate regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and marketing ROI.
Marketing Initiatives:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract tenants.
· Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and online listings.
· Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
· Organize and participate in promotional events, property showcases, and community engagement initiatives.
· Assist in budget preparation and cost control for marketing activities.
· Provide insights on pricing strategies based on market analysis and tenant feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in leasing, marketing, or property management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
