About the Role
Plays a key role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth service delivery. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and managing the scheduling and coordination of coaching sessions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What You'll Do
Customer Enquiries & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with service inquiries, product usage questions, and general information requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating concerns, providing solutions, and following up on open cases.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to offer informed recommendations.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and any escalated issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Handle customer feedback and proactively identify opportunities for service improvements.
Coaching Session Management
- Coordinate and schedule coaching sessions, ensuring all sessions are confirmed with customers and coaches.
- Communicate coaching availability to clients and provide reminders prior to sessions.
- Assist clients with questions regarding the format, content, and objectives of coaching sessions.
- Monitor the progress of scheduled coaching sessions, ensuring they run on time and meet customer expectations.
- Provide administrative support for coaching staff, including managing calendars and making adjustments as necessary.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Around 1-2 years in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Eagerness to handle various tasks and a hands-on approach when needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building connections with customers.
- Resourcefulness, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
