  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, labelling, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform basic data entry
  • Prepare customer quotation with accurate pricing and product
  • Prepare and update purchase order, delivery note, sales invoices
  • Maintaining reports and information required by the management as and when necessary
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Follow up customer collection when necessary
  • Prepare and modify documents or promotional materials including stickers, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Maintaining proper records of documents
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
