- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, labelling, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform basic data entry
- Prepare customer quotation with accurate pricing and product
- Prepare and update purchase order, delivery note, sales invoices
- Maintaining reports and information required by the management as and when necessary
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Follow up customer collection when necessary
- Prepare and modify documents or promotional materials including stickers, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintaining proper records of documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain office supplies for department
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate with English averagely
