Role Description

iForte Group is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant with flexibility for remote work. In this hybrid role, you will be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment of top-quality tech talents for our clients across multiple industries. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. You will need strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities. You will need to achieve set individual sales targets and key performance index (KPI) set.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with job boards, social media recruiting platforms, and recruitment management systems (RMS).
  • Experience working in the technology/ICT industry is a plus.
