JOB SCOPE:
- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
- Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
- Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers (remote troubleshooting)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM
- No experience needed.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Training Provided
- Able to work on rotational shift (Morning, afternoon and late-night shift)
- Able to start working on 19th June 2024
SALARY PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: RM2,300
- KPI & Attendance allowance: RM500
- Shift allowance: RM400
- Salary: Up to RM 3,200 per month (including allowances)
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
