- Monitor work progress on a daily basis.
- Follow up with the purchasing team on the arrival of products and check for tools, materials, and equipment, while tracking inventory at the site.
- Responsible for planning installation works and overseeing their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for the organization, scheduling, and implementation of the projects.
- Participate in site visits or briefings held by customers (on time) and morning briefings with management and technicians at the office.
- Issue all safety documents such as HIRAC and other related documentation as per customers' safety requirements and ensure the team adheres to the safety rules.
- Coordinate with the technician team and subcontractors for the workflow.
- Submit daily progress project updates.
- Ensure the materials issued by the store follow customers' specifications and requirements.
- Issue enquiries if there are any ad hoc works and assist in quotations if necessary.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Participate in industry-related events or associations that will enhance leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success.
- Responsible for ensuring all electrical maintenance on the site is carried out in line with HLE procedures, customer, and industry standards.
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise a team of electrical technicians and vendors, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance is executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with HLE management system.
- Perform regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and prolong the lifespan of electrical equipment.
- Upgrade outdated systems and components to improve efficiency and safety.
- Diagnose issues with electrical systems and equipment using tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Work with other technicians, engineers, and professionals to complete projects and solve complex problems.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Comply with all safety requirements set by the company.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Candidates must possess at least Degree
