- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- To design and update job descriptions
- To have a deep internet research and networking skills that enable one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline;
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- To source potential candidates from various online channels (Eg: social media and professional platforms like JobStore, LinkedIn & etc)
- To craft recruiting e-mails to attract passive candidates;
- To screen incoming resumes / CVs and application forms;
- To arrange and schedule interview sessions
- To advertise job openings on career page, social media platforms, job boards
- Liaise with all departments and business units on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory services
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
- Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
- Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
- Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are preferred
