- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive with a strong desire for personal and career growth.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of driving deals in complex business environments.
- Willingness to travel to areas such as Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang.
