Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
- Create and edit engaging visual content for various marketing channels (e.g., social media, presentations, email, web).
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual components of campaigns.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro CC or Apple Final Cut Pro X
Content Management:
- Research and write compelling content for different platforms (e.g., social media posts, website copy, email campaigns).
- Schedule and publish content across various channels.
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Promotion & Events:
- Assist with marketing and advertising activities across various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail, web).
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Distribute marketing materials to designated channels and track effectiveness.
- Help organize and execute marketing events, including logistics and attendee management.
- Administration:
- Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
- Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
- Proven experience in graphic design using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of web content management systems is a plus.
